The Frontierz team

About Frontierz

Get to know the humans who built the AI Fellows.

From classroom to cockpit.

In 2020, Anna Cejudo and Pau Garcia-Milà founded Founderz with a conviction: professional education was broken, and fixing it required building something entirely new. Not another course library. Not another LMS. A platform where people could actually get better at their jobs, with the right support, at the right moment.

It worked. Founderz became Europe's largest AI training platform. Together with Microsoft as a Worldwide Training Services Partner, we trained over 500,000 professionals across five continents. Every program included Microsoft official credentials, our commitment that learners always have top talent by their side.

But training 500,000 people also showed us what no existing tool could solve.

Professionals would finish a program and still struggle to apply what they learned in the chaos of real work. The gap between knowing and doing was the hardest part, and nobody was closing it.

We needed training that met people where work actually happens. Not in a classroom, not in a video library. In the moment. We needed digital teammates that could teach, simulate, and coach in real time.

So we built them. That is how the AI Fellows were born, and how Founderz became Frontierz.

Co-founder

Anna Cejudo

Born in Barcelona in 1990. She has been recognized by Forbes Spain (Top 35 Women in Tech), ASU+GSV (Women Leading AI in Education), and with the Visionary Awards by HearstLab. As a mother of three, she proves that entrepreneurship and motherhood can thrive together.

Anna and Pau have been building companies together since 2014, when they launched ideafoster, later acquired by private equity group Advent International. In 2020 they founded Founderz. Today, she leads the vision behind Frontierz and its AI Fellows.

Co-founder

Pau Garcia-Milà

Born in Olesa in 1987. Co-founded a cloud computing company at 17. Won the Princess of Girona Award in 2010 and was named Innovator of the Year by MIT Technology Review at 24.

In 2020, Pau and Anna set out on a family journey around the world, cut short by the pandemic. That forced pause became the catalyst for rethinking how remote education should work. The result was Founderz, and ultimately, Frontierz.

You are the company you keep.

Fill your company with people more talented than yourself, and it will flourish. We took that advice seriously, starting with who we chose to build alongside.

Microsoft has been our partner since the Founderz days. In 2023, we launched the Online AI and Innovation Program together, which became Europe's largest AI training program. That collaboration made us a Worldwide Training Services Partner on AI, and every one of our programs carries Microsoft official credentials.

Our commitment to Responsible AI

AI is one of the most powerful tools ever created. That power comes with responsibilities we take seriously. These are our three promises.

Every AI interaction is labeled as AI

Your team always knows when they are talking to an AI Fellow. Clear badges, persistent notices, zero ambiguity.

Full traceability
on every output

Every response traces back to its source material. Admins can audit what was said, why, and from which knowledge.

Your data stays yours: privacy first

Strict data isolation per organization. Bring your own Azure AI Foundry so AI processing stays in your tenant.
